Reduce your Energy

There are a number of ways to reduce your energy usage and bills, aside from upgrading your appliances and insulating your home. We’ve compiled a quick list of easy changes you can make, and the savings you will feel in your pocket:

Turn down your thermostat 1 degree

That’s it, just 1 degree. You’ll barely notice the difference in your home, but you’ll notice the difference in your pocket! It can help reduce up to 10% in heating bills!

A bright idea

Replacing your old, inefficient light bulb with an energy efficient one can help you save £5 per year on your energy bill, for each bulb. 

Swap baths for showers

A shower uses a third of the water a bath does. Not only will you save on your water usage and bill, by heating a smaller amount you’ll be saving on your energy bills too.

Don’t Standby

Appliances on standby can cost you upto £30 per year! Turn those appliances off, and watch the savings stack up
